It's called Loopy Doopy, it's over 150 feet high, and you eat fruity popsicles… fun new ride at Disney World? Think again! The Conrad Hotel which opened in the Spring is the hottest thing to hit Battery Park City. Situated 16 stories up is their rooftop bar oddly named Loopy Doopy. This Westside hot spot has become quite the after work destination as it boasts some of the best views of the Hudson and the Statue of Liberty, especially when the sun begins to set. Though all the cocktails are fun and fruity, nothing beats their 'Prosecco & Popsicles' on a hot summer day. The popsicles combine fruits such as blood orange and strawberry with spirits and are served in a glass of Prosecco which never stops flowing as it's served on tap. Let's hope for another warm winter so this place is forced to stay open past October, but while we wait, if you're stuck in the city this weekend, cool off at The Conrad!
