Thousands of libation lovers gathered for last week’s Manhattan Cocktail Classic, which brought with it five jam-packed days of concoctions from bar talents near and far. The party may officially be over, but the buzz doesn’t have to be: Here, we bring you recipes from the weekend’s cocktail selection (which spanned hundreds), just in case you need some at-home tiding over until next year’s fete.

77 Manhattan (Created by Breuckelen Distilling)
INGREDIENTS
1.0 oz 77 Whiskey: Local Rye & Corn
.50 oz Sweet vermouth
1 dash bitters
GARNISH: Cherry
GLASS: rocks
ICE: cubes
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine ingredients. Stir over ice. Strain into rocks glass. Serve with garnish.

Dark Maria (Created by Tia Maria)
INGREDIENTS
1 oz Tia Maria
1 oz Appleton Estate Rum
2 oz Mexican CocaCola
0.5 oz lime juice
GARNISH: lime wheel
GLASS: highball
ICE: cubes
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients to highball glass with ice Stir to incorporate ingredients Garnish with lime wheel.

Hudson Rickhouse Rickey (Created by Hudson Whiskey)
INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Hudson White Corn
.50 oz Fresh lime juice
2 dash Peychaud Bitters
3 oz Fever Tree Ginger Beer
GARNISH: Mint sprig
GLASS: highball
ICE: cubes
INSTRUCTIONS
Muddle fresh lime in a tall glass. Fill with ice and add other ingredients. Churn with a spoon. Garnish with a mint sprig.

Tuscan Breeze (Created by Ramazzotti Amaro)
INGREDIENTS
1 oz Ramazzotti Amaro
1 oz Small's Gin
0.75 oz fresh grapefruit juice
0.75 oz rosemary syrup
orange bitters
GARNISH: grapefruit & rosemary
GLASS: rocks
ICE: cubes
INSTRUCTIONS
In a shaker add place all ingredients, add ice and shake well, strain into a rock glass full of ice. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and a slice grapefruit. For rosemary syrup: infuse fresh rosemary in simple syrup for at least 3 days.

The Left Coast (Created by Hangar 1 Vodka)
INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Hangar 1 Vodka
0.75 oz Cappelletti Aperitivo
0.75 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz Small Hand Foods Pineapple Gum Syrup
1 barspoon rich simple syrup (2:1)
fresh strawberries & mint
GARNISH: mint sprig & strawberry slice
GLASS: highball
INSTRUCTIONS
Build in a highball glass. Muddle fresh strawberries and mint, add ice, top with soda water.

Stoned (Created by Disaronno)
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Disaronno
1 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz apricot preserves
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
GARNISH: lemon wheel
GLASS: highball
ICE: cubes
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine ingredients into mixing glass. Shake with ice. Strain into highball glass with ice. Garnish with lemon wheel.

Peppered Gin & Tonic (Created by Death’s Door Spirits)
INGREDIENTS
2.0 oz Death's Door Gin
3.0 oz Q tonic
1 pinch Fresh grounded 5 pepper blend
GARNISH: Seedless cucumber wheel
GLASS: highball
ICE: cubes
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled highball glass. Gently stir. Add ground pepper. Garnish with cucumber wheel.

Don Q Rum Fashion (Created by Don Q Rum)
INGREDIENTS
2.0 oz Don Q Añejo rum
2.0 dash Angostura bitters
.5 oz Sugar cane syrup
1 Maraschino cherry
1 Orange wedge
GARNISH: Orange twist and cherry
GLASS: rocks
ICE: cubes
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix sugar, water and bitters in an old-fashioned glass. Add cherry and orange wedge. Muddle into a paste and add Don Q Añejo rum. Fill glass with ice and stir. Garnish with orange twist and a cherry.

Improved Milagro Tequila Cocktail (Created by Milagro Tequila)
INGREDIENTS
2.0 oz Milagro Silver Tequila
.125 oz Green Chartreuse
.125 oz Simple syrup (1:a)
1 dash The Bitter Truth Grapefruit Bitters
1 dash The Bitter Truth Celery Bitters
GARNISH: Grapefruit peel
GLASS: rocks
ICE: cubes
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine ingredients and stir well. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a grapefruit peel.
