THE CANNIBAL LIQUOR HOUSE: The team behind The Cannibal Beer & Butcher have opened the doors to a new adjacent hangout, The Cannibal Liquor House where a spirited drink menu takes center stage. Brunch and dinner menus are stacked with Chef Francis Derby’s new takes on classic American bar food. Find yourself at a high top table, in a banquet, or sidled up to the long white bar. The room was built with plenty of standing room perfect for mingling. Looking for something more intimate? Head to the rear of the restaurant and grab a table for a seated dinner. Beverage Director Bill Brooks’ drink menu is filled with distinctive spins on classic cocktails like the Passing Notes (a twist on Paper Planes and a Last Word with Bourbon, Maraschino, Aperitivo, Bitter, and Lemon), Vermouth on tap, approachably priced wines, craft beers, and the mouthwatering boozy milkshakes. In reference to the menu, Brooks says “You’ve got to have a little fun with life” so treat yourself to a spiked milkshake or a PB & J Shot (Peanut Butter washed Blended Scotch and Matthiason Vermouth).  View venue details…

PRINTERS ALLEY: The new Southern bar and restaurant in the heart of Times Square introduces a monthly special event series. On the final Friday of every month, Printers Alley will team up with NASH FM 94.7 as part of a monthly residency featuring special performances, drink deals, giveaways and more! Tomorrow, October 28th, the popular Lauren Davidson will perform live with happy hour beginning at 4:00pm and her free set beginning at 8:00pm. NEW MENU at BOTTLE & BINE: Head Bartender Moses Laboy unveils a new cocktail menu that celebrate the season by incorporating ingredients such as star anise, cinnamon smoke, cinnamint maté-infused gin and brown butter fat-washed Bourbon. Additionally, executive Chef Angie Berry, an alum of Asiate at the Mandarin Oriental, showcases heartier fare which also takes advantage of autumn ingredients. The seasonal beverage menu is rounds out with fuller-bodied wines selected by Sommelier/Wine Director Gina Goyette, and barrel-aged craft beers picked by Beer Director Carolyn Pincus.
