The 42-seat restaurant also features a beverage program from Ariel Arce with fresh and ingredient-driven low ABV cocktails and a sustainable wine list. Menu highlights include the Gazpacho Trio (honeydew, watermelon and sweet corn) and the Quinoa Croqueta with Szechuan salsa, crème fraîche and micro wasabi. Quench your thirst with a Red Rail (fresh beet juice, Niepoort tawny port, bitter amaro, and lime), the Laughing Owl (Lillet Blanc, green curry syrup and a float of Stillwater Dry Rice Beer), or a summertime favorite – a carafe of sparkling wine with seasonal fruit.
