CAVA SPECIALS AROUND TOWN:
ABC Cocina: All week long enjoy the official Spirit of Cava Cocktail, a special blend of Dos Maderas Rum, fresh squeezed lemon, muddled strawberries and black pepper topped with Cava Pere Ventura, created by lead bartender Kayla Hasbrook.
Flinders Lane: The inviting East Village Australian restaurant will be offering up cava by the glass specials for lunch and brunch.
Llama Inn: The Williamsburg newcomer will be boasting special Cava by the bottle specials for just $30 a pop on June 6 at the Monday night ‘Somm Night’. Additionally, they’ll be serving specialty Cava Cocktails during weekend brunch service.

NEGRONI WEEK: Presented by Imbibe Magazine and Campari the annual Negroni Week is a celebration of one of the world’s great cocktails, it also acts as a fundraiser for charitable causes around the world. Last year, more than 3,500 venues around the world mixed their favorite Negroni variations and raised over $320,000 for charitable causes! From June 6-12 toast to Negroni Week with unique variations on the classic Campari, Gin, and Vermouth cocktail at venues around NYC. Head to Abajo at Añejo Tribeca for a Mexican twist on the classic. There, William Aporih created the Oaxacan Negroni with Espolon Reposado Tequila, Botanist Gin, Campari, Barolo Chinato, a Splash of Cola Nut Extract, and an orange slice for garnish. PRAVDA CLOSING SPECIALS: Soho’s iconic Russian- themed, subterranean lounge will be closing it's doors on June 30, 2016 after 20 years.
