NEW VENUES & MENUS

SAN CARLO OSTERIA PIEDMONTE: Today this modern Italian restaurant opens in Soho, paying homage to the food, wine, and culture of Northern Italy’s Piedmont region. Founded by Piedmont natives, the intimate 50-seat restaurant blends traditional Piedmontese recipes and high-quality Italian imported products with locally-sourced, seasonal ingredients. The extensive menu is filled with artisanal meats and cheeses, fresh pastas made in-house, grass-fed Piedmontese beef from Pat LaFrieda, and much more.  The beverage program consists of 10 wines by the glass and 150 bottles, focusing primarily on indigenous Northern Italian wines such as Barolo and Barbaresco. The restaurant also offers a cocktail list incorporating classic Italian libations like the Milano Torino (Campari and sweet vermouth with orange) and Pastisse (a French aperitif commonly enjoyed in Piedmont influenced by the region’s proximity to France). KOBRICK COFFEE CO.:  Café meets cocktail bar! At their first brick & mortar location which opened in the Fall, the 4th generation NYC craft coffee roasters debut their beverage program with a one-of-a-kind cocktail menu. Spend a relaxing day sipping espresso and snacking on café favorites or go on the later side and enjoy an evening with a potent coffee inspired libation in the bespoke drinking den. The cocktail menu is a collaboration between the Kobrick family and cocktail & spirits guru Tobin Ludwig of HELLA Bitters.   • Classic: The classic drinks pay homage to New York City and it’s surrounding areas. Try the Jersey Lightening.
