NEW MENU at PIORA: The West Village gem that recently earned a Michelin star for the second straight year, introduces a new fall cocktail menu embracing the flavors of the season. Head Bartender Shinya Yamao, who has curated an ambitious Japanese-style cocktail program, incorporates ingredients such as maple syrup and fresh apple juice into drinks based on pumpkin and apple spirits (calvados), as well as whisky. Try the spirit-forward 'Wear and Tear' made with Old Overholt Rye, Aperol, Chartreuse Jaune, Cinzano, Maraschino Luxardo and Angostura. BOOZY BRUNCH at MADISON SQUARE TAVERN: Madison Square Tavern debuts its first bottomless brunch this Sunday. Parties of all sizes are invited to enjoy unlimited champagne cocktails with each person’s choice of an entrée every sunday.
