THE WAYFARER: This month the classic American grille located adjacent to the Quin hotel launches a brand new Happy Hour from 4PM-7PM every Monday-Friday. The Wayfarer will be serving up $10 specialty cocktails, house red and white wine and $5 local beers (Ithaca Flowers Pale Ale and Session Lager). REBELLE: Starting this Sunday, Rebelle will open for Sunday dinner service from 5:30 PM to 11:00 PM. To kick off the start of Sunday dinner, on September 27th Rebelle will debut a special, 7-course "off-menu" option for $70 designed and executed weekly by chef Daniel Eddy. The menu, available exclusively from the chef's counter that overlooks the open kitchen, will change weekly based on seasonal market availability and will be rooted in his classically-inspired modern French cuisine that pulls from his time at Spring in Paris. CHEFS CLUB BY FOOD AND WINE: For just 3 days, September 14th-16th, acclaimed Chinese chef Jowett Yu of Black Sheep restaurants and, most notably, Ho Lee Fook in Hong Kong which opened just last June, is bringing his modern take on his national cuisine to New York City. In addition to cooking two intimate studio dinners on Monday, September 14th and Tuesday, 15th, he will be taking over the 120-seat dining room of the main restaurant on Wednesday, September 16th.
